Eligibility & Age Limit (All Classes)
The prospectus defines the age criteria clearly:

Admission Test & Selection Process
- Class I: Admission through Draw of Lots.
- Class VI & IX: Admission through Written Test + Interview.
Test Structure (VI & IX):
- Languages (English, Urdu, Hindi) – 25 marks
- Mathematics / Science / EVS – 60 marks
- Interview – 15 marks
👉 A minimum of 40% marks in Language section and 40% in Interview is required to qualify.
👉 Syllabus: Based on NCERT/CBSE Class V (for Class VI) and Class VIII (for Class IX).

- Last date with late fee: 05 April 2025 (₹1050)

Fee Structure
Annual fees for AMU schools as per the prospectus:

Hostel Accommodation
- Hostel facility is available from Class VI onward.
- Class I: No hostel.
- Class VI: STS School boys, limited girls’ seats in AMU Girls School.
- Class IX: Hostels available in both STS School (boys) and AMU Girls School (girls).
👉 Hostel allotment is limited and not guaranteed for all admitted students.
Reservation & Quota
- Internal Quota: Children of AMU employees.
- Special Categories: PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability), Alumni quota, etc.
- Seats are allocated as per AMU rules given in the prospectus.
Admit Card & Exam Dates
- Class I (Draw of Lots): Admit card not applicable.
- Class VI: 11 May 2025, 4:00 PM (2 hours).
- Class IX: 18 May 2025, 10:00 AM (2 hours).
